The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.More infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6

Then I saw steaks are 50% on Fridays, which happened to land on my birthday. I was skeptical because I’m from LA and discounted steaks are UNHEARD OF. Especially this big names on the strip. But I said what the heck and went. I always have to have truffle butter with my steak and they unfortunately don’t have truffle butter but NO LIE, the steak did NOT need any sauce. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! And the lobster Mac and cheese was the most flavorful Mac I’ve had at a restaurant. 10/10. I’ve already told all my Vegas family and friends and even posted it my social media.More infoJoel's ChophousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• The Strip•4.5

I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.More infoTop of the World Restaurant - The STRAT Hotel, Casino & TowerPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• The STRAT Hotel & Casino•4.7

- CCrystalDenver / Colorado •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. The food is excellent quality, and the service is usually top notch. It is very expensive but the quality of the food makes up for the price. I do not recommend going without a reservation as you may have to wait a while or not be seated at all. I also do not recommend going on a holiday as they increase the price for the same food you get on a regular day.More infoBacchanal Buffet - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.1
