We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. Primo also has a long-standing relationship with Lake Meadows Naturals in Ocoee, FL for chicken and ducks.

Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.     Our server, Kim V., was amazing and truly cared about our experience. She made my son's 11th birthday celebration extra special and attended to our every need and more. We felt her warmth, joy, and love for people and what she does. She truly lives the HRC mission, "Love All, Serve All," and I love that. It is unusual these days to find someone like Kim V., whether in the workplace or otherwise and she deserves a huge shout out. Keep up the good work, Kim, and thank you for making our day extra awesome! The food was yummy and we love the whole HRC experience.

    Pedro was our server and SUPER attentive. He anticipated our needs and was available with what we needed before we even had an opportunity to ask. Donny runs a tight ship and commands an excellent staff. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everything to recommend.

    This was a first visit, but there will be many more. Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. The innovative Caesar Salad was delightful, and you should save room for the dessert soufflé.

    We have been to Fogo de Chao in various states in the USA, but we prefer Fogo de Chao Orlando the best. It is a top class restaurant with spectacular food and incredible service. Today we had top of the class service by all of the waiters, but Valentina really went out of her way to give us an out of this world dining experience. Thank you to all of the people who made our dinner unforgettable.
