We had a lovely lunch at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. The entrees were great—burgers, Cobb Salad and a chicken dish. I didn’t care for the appetizers; warm pretzel was doughy inside and dates wrapped in bacon had very burnt bacon and dates were weird, and not like a date at all. My friend makes these and they are so good. These were not. But everything else was very nice. The server was very very nice and attentive just as you would like. Will return.

Outrageously & consistently superb! Everything about makes it one of the best restaurants in Bergen County. As soon as you walk in, you are graciously welcomed. I highly recommend it! The food was exceptional! We had the calamari, mushroom soup and arugula salad for appetizers, brick chicken and ahi tuna entrees, and a side of the bolognese. Everything was cooked to perfection, including my son’s buttered pasta with cheese! For dessert, we snagged the last piece of Xmas Eve tiramisu and it did not disappoint! The ambiance was comfortable and cozy and we felt really taken care of by the staff! Cocktails were also fantastic & we went to go back soon for live music at in bar on Thursdays! 10/10 no notes!!
