Masuya Restaurant is located in a building, which has been designated as a cultural asset, on O’Connell Street in Sydney. This is the same place as the office of Kanematsu Gosho, the pioneer of Australia – Japan trades, was situated in 1980. This restaurant never disappoints. Amazing location - modern, fresh menu and thoughtful service - I could have eaten anything on the menu! The wine list is perhaps touch on the $$$ side but certainly not out of the park … If I was being really picky I’d say our menus were a bit grotty and had obviously been handled by lots of people but the food, location and service more than made up for it.

Lovely atmosphere and food, staff were attentive, helpful, polite and friendly. Desserts were rather overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely be returning. 😍
