Greeted by our wonderful server in an appropriate amount of time with water. The menu is small but perfectly curated, creative dishes with delicate descriptions the menu is very enticing. Their wine list is precise and handcrafted to be complimentary to their featured dishes. From Old world to new they have the wine picks you can rarely find elsewhere. My first glass was the Catarratto, a skin contact from Italy. Gorgeous light orange tone with a mineral taste. Second was their red&white blend from France and my goodness this had to be my favorite. It was a funky artistic flavor with such a soft red color and good structure. Third was their Melon De Bourgogne, a French white, crisp smooth flavor that went perfect with the scallops. Overall if you want to try some new wines I highly suggest this place. Server was incredibly helpful in suggesting our pairings as well. Ok to the food, WOW. The smells you get from walking in are salivating. The Gougeres came with 4 perfectly round puff pastries stuffed with melted cheese. The scallops were super fresh, the ingredients paired so well together on the plate giving citrus/ nutty flavors. Highly recommend. Our main dish, the Ricotta Rosette was exquisite, from delicate plating to warm roasted mushrooms in a delicious sauce, this dish is a 10/10. To our surprise we were given the little neck clams and I can’t believe we didn’t order this ourselves. The steamed clams are in an aromatic broth with tiny chops of soft potato, with toasted sourdough and I could eat 2 plates to myself from how heavenly it tasted. Lastly the Pana Cotta; a perfectly sized dessert with supple texture, this was a perfect way to end our experience. Over all, this is definitely a restaurant you want to visit. 100000/10 will be back again!!!More infoa.kitchenPrice: Expensive• French American• Center City•4.8

Everyone loved their meals. Unfortunately, we were too full to try out the desserts. Great way to get the full Philly experience.More infoThe DandelionPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Center City•4.7

The staff was outstandingly detailed, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to my every need. The restaurant is very cozy, adequate for a date, a celebration or a solo diner. The food was exceptional, and it did not miss in any regard; I was impressed and fascinated. I highly recommend anyone who truly appreciates good food to eat at Vetri.More infoVetri Cucina - PhiladelphiaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Center City•4.9

We started with a couple of the specialty cocktails-Romarin and Nouveau Basilic: their pour was generous as our drinks lasted through our meals. A bonus of a basket of bread was brought to our table, such a rarity! Baguette, sourdough and what seamed a seasonal bread with cranberry and walnuts with beurre---seemed such a treat! Our waiter was attentive and made well informed dinner suggestions after asking us our preferences and we enjoyed the beef bourguignon; duck a l'orange and roasted chicken.
