    I felt walking away from Canal that this was far enough from tourist spots that it was going to be good. I chose Brennan’s as it shows as an “Icon” in NO. It did not disappoint. The food and service were spectacular and I loved the story of the Bananas Foster as it was being prepared. I will gladly return. Get the duck!! Awesome!!

    This is one of the best seafood restaurants in the city. Fish, properly cooked, excellent service, great atmosphere and an inventive menu with a large diverse wine list. You need to plan ahead and reserve at least a week before but the planning is worth it. Their signature dish is Scalibut, an interesting combination of scallops and halibut that is truly remarkable. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant and we give it five clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale, a rare honor.

    Was in town for three nights and went on our first night and had such a great experience we changed plans and went again on our third night! The second time was just as good as the first night! Food was amazing and great wait staff! Definitely a top five steakhouse for me and if you are in NOLA you must go to the Chophouse!
