My husband and I shared a wonderfully memorable Thanksgiving dinner at Hugo's. It included everything we could have asked for and more. The lobster bisque soup and the made-to-order salad were fantastic as well as the rest of the feast. Thank you, Hugo's!

Love this spot for any meal or even just dessert. Grown up atmosphere dining is rare and we make a point to eat here every time we’re in Vegas. Always great food, service etc.

The selection of house-made spreads and the amazing sourdough, sets the stage for what’s to come. The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The FAZZOLETTI, another standout, is cooked with precision, its layers perfectly balanced while the meat remains juicy and flavorful. It was our first time at Carson’s kitchen. Bianca S. was our server and she was awesome. The Mac and cheese was so good! We will be back again.
