Best Seasonal Restaurants in Cave Creek

Our waiter, Tyler did a great job. We were there for a nice relaxing dinner with old friends we haven’t seen in years.

My friend and I are recently widowed, we meet at the Spotted Donkey to try and recover from such a terrible loss. The service so friendly the food outstanding the surroundings comforting. Thank you, this place has been a life saver.

My guest was impressed. I felt a little different about it Ordered the bowl with ahi tuna and the olive temperate with crostini. I would probably order neither next time.

This is one of our go to restaurants , especially for steaks. Our bone in ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly and the taste outstanding . The sides of creamed spinach and creamed corn were delicious. we love the live piano music , it creates a great vibe .

We have dined here on special occasions many times in the main dining room and it never disappoints. Based on recommendations from a good friend we tried happy hour in the bar (they take reservations for happy hour). First we had a couple of cocktails then we shared a small chopped salad which they split in the kitchen which is always a nice touch and finally had the famous Preston burger also split in the kitchen. Our server Jackson was attentive and very friendly. We plan to do this more often.
