- EEdwardHouston •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe few complaints should be tempered with- it was Valentine’s weekend, the restaurant was packed and they were still making everything happen. The meal was great! Mushrooms, beet salad, and lamb- all awesome! Paella and scallops- a little overdone. I am sure the kitchen was overwhelmed. They got the order right and kept the food coming out so, they deserve recognition for their hard work. We arrived on time for our reservation but had about a 15 minute wait before we were seated. Axle our waiter was well informed, made excellent suggestions, had a great sense of humor, and was witty even with a crushing load. In my opinion, great job Elias. We will definitely visit again.More infoElia Cafe Tapas BarPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Bryan•4.6

- CCherylVIPCentral Texas •19 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoIt was fine. Modern Ambiance with lots of glass and modern art. Minimalist design, no tablecloths. I had a view of the bar area, and the TVs were a bit distracting for a special dinner. Large Drinks menu. People were nice but our waiter was kind of impatient and I felt rushed. They had a prix fixed menu for Valentines Day that they pushed pretty hard, wasn't expecting the fixed menu on the day after Valentine's. They did agree to let us see the regular menu which was limited. Food was actually pretty good, loved the steak and portions were good sized, I actually brought some home. Dessert wasn't anything special, small dry red velvet cake covered with lots of whipped topping. The chocolates were good though. I'd recommend this restaurant for a nice casual dinner, atmosphere not conducive to "special occasion" vibes. A nice option for meeting friends in College Station/Bryan.More infoThe DeanPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Bryan•4.4
- SsiobhanSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWent for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing! A little boy (assuming the owner’s son) came around to every woman in the restaurant and gave them a long stemmed red rose. Food was great as always and I asked the waiter to surprise me with a drink and it was also amazing!More infoThe Republic SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• College Station•4.9
- TTassieCentral Texas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoFood and drinks were excellent! The only negative is the tables in the back room are a little too close together, difficult to get in and out of the booth without feeling like I was crowding the other patrons. Our server was so nice and sweet. We will definitely be returning!More infoRoninPrice: Expensive• American• College Station•4.5
