You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. All our dishes are created by our head chef Olindo who draws on these inspirations his signature dishes including a seafood gnocchi.The open kitchen and lime wash walls define the chic, intimate dining space of Plate at No.6. A unique little restaurant with a good vibe. Good atmosphere and friendly service. Mains were reasonably priced but sides felt expensive for the size portion (red cabbage for example). The meat eaters enjoyed their mains (pork belly/chicken supreme) but I wouldn’t recommend place for vegetarians. Only one main (celeriac steak) that really wasn’t very nice. I’ve been vegetarian for 25plus years and don’t consider myself picky but I couldn’t finish it. I would go back if the vegetarian options were improved/more diverse.

I want to thank all the Ivy staff for their warmth and kindness. It truly is the best place to celebrate a long anniversary or a special event. Everyone was incredibly professional and amazing, and the atmosphere was simply stunning. The afternoon tea was an incredible experience—every piece was exquisite and tasted absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s absolutely fantastic!

Dining with girl friends on a Wednesday night so not busy. Excellent food. Great service but not too intrusive. I had three courses and finished them all which I never normally do. I'd recommend it for small or large groups. We will definitely be going back.
