It’s is smooth which is not too soft which makes it taste like fat or too creamy. Duck leg comes with orange as one of the seasoning ingredients which make the dish very appetizing. Went with friends this time, one who is very picky, but they ended up eating things they were adamant they hated and loved it. The food is flavourful, looks amazing and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
