Best Restaurants with a Scenic View in Indian Wells

We were there for Thanksgiving. Eating mid afternoon the restaurant was quiet but could be louder when full. The food was good but the prix fixe price was a bit high for the amount of food delivered. Onion soup was delicious and the lamb was excellent. The only problem was that it was served in what appeared to be an oversized bowl which meant cutting the meat was difficult. Tip was added automatically and our server let us know that when she delivered the bill. So many places don't tell you and you end up tipping again. Despite the automatic tip, the wait staff did not slack off; they provided wonderful service.

Winston gave our large party of nine very good service. I especially appreciated his attention and willingness to be lighthearted yet professional. This is the second time our Thanksgiving group has met here and we’ll continue to do so. The blue cheese stuffed olives for my g & t are fantastic and the drink itself actually has liquor in it! Ha ha.

An excellent dining experience. Limited menu but QUALITY food and service. Outside dining is the perfect desert ambience. Highly recommend the chips, salsa and exceptional guacamole ! Chicken fajitas were delicious. Don’t miss this restaurant when you’re in La Quinta California.

WOW what a terrific dinner! We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and chose the Cliffhouse. Denise our server was warm and gracious, and our dinner was exceptional. I had the filet mignon, which was tasty and cooked to perfection, and my husband had the Wagu strip steak, and it was amazing. He also had the Ceaser salad and said it was the best one he has had and he orders them wherever we go. Praise to the new Executive Chef who has elevated the food to new heights!
