Dominic and Jackie Galati purchased Dominic's on the Hill in 1971 and moved in above the restaurant. Within two years, Dominic began winning national awards and has continued to do so for the last 40 years. This is an exceptional restaurant with fine Italian cuisine, professional, friendly service, & an extensive wine list. Dominic oversees the kitchen,and the menu includes fresh seafood, veal, tenderloin, lamb, and many other choices. The restaurant has a Florentine atmosphere, with low lighting, white tablecloths, & classic oil paintings. Food and service were excellent. Menu choices made it hard to decide what order. Eventually decided on the sea bass special and was delicious. More food than I could eat in one sitting. Cesar salad and cannoli for dessert made for a perfect dinner.

First time to The Tenderloin Room and it did not disappoint. With walking into the nostalgic past of Saint Louis, we were greeted with smiles and seated quickly, and as requested in a quiet corner, soon the request Prosecco was on the table to start our celebration! Our server was nothing short of fantastic, energetic, and simply amazing. Drinks throughout the evening were spectacular, the food itself, was out of this world delicious and classic. We were gifted a dessert to take home to close out our anniversary meal and look forward to another fabulous evening at The Tenderloin Room.
