Best Romantic Restaurants in Gulf Gate Estates

First visit to Sarasota- we frequent the Fort Myers location more often. Pleasantly surprised by the elevated experience. Haley- our waitress was polite, prompt, friendly - flawless. The food was perfect - an issue we seem to have in FM with undercooked filet was not an issue here. We ordered medium and got medium. Wine selection was good; margaritas were awesome. Would like to see an expended red wine list with Paso Robles wines someday but still good choices imo. Overall a wonderful night and a great experience. Would go back if in this area again.

Best Italian I have ever had. It feels homey while also being classy. The food quality is amazing! The staff was amazing. We had Prosecco, grilled octopus, and the specials dinner. Everything was truly delectable and the specials were spectacular. We will be returning and this is now our favorite Italian!

Servers worked as a team, explained the various dishes and were very timely and personable! Food was outstanding! Dining space was pretty small but sufficient. Only wine and beer available. Tremendous value and culinary experience!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for excellent cuisine!

Have eaten here several times and it is always outstanding. Glad they reopened after the damage from the hurricane. Menu is always interesting, food excellent, service excellent (Chris was our latest waiter), table by the water gives excellent view even of the Osprey nest not far away. Though "pricey", it is always an exceptional experience and one we always remember and look forward to.

Outstanding experience! We both had the petite filet at different temperatures and they were beyond flavorful. Angie provided excellent service with the pace being to our preference. We will definitely return!
