Amazing food. Well done, fresh and unique flavors. Lamb special is delicious, octopus was the best I ever had in the US, sacottinni Vanessa white sauce also the best white sauce I ever had.

Had a great anniversary dinner and CW's. They had live music and overall it's a very subtle, ambient, classy mood. Nick was our server, and he gave great dinner suggestions and made sure our water's were never more than half empty. Drinks are pretty fairly priced, and the food is expensive, however it's worth it as everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend the ribeye steak sandwich!

I took my husband here for his birthday and we had such a great time. The food was amazing. I picked this place due to the steak selection and it did not disappoint. My husband said all the cooks on the steak were perfect. The side dishes were very good portions and the service was top notch.

The historic charm of the restaurant, with its beautiful Spanish tile and vibrant decor, set the perfect tone for the evening. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. We started with the famous "1915 Salad," which was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We decided to indulge in a variety of Tapa's and it was a feast for the senses – perfectly seasoned with tender seafood, chicken, and empanadas. Every bite was incredible! The dessert, a classic "Flan," was the perfect end to the meal – creamy, sweet, and absolutely divine. The live music added a delightful touch, creating a festive, yet relaxed ambiance. Overall, the Columbia Restaurant exceeded all expectations. The combination of incredible food, attentive service, and the rich history of the place made for a dining experience that I will certainly be returning to. Highly recommend this gem in Ybor City!
