We visit fine dining restaurants every Friday across the valley. Many are a one off. Some are treasured. Libertango is just a fun and a unique, a little strange (again in Good way) dining experience. They accidentally gave them to another couple and they ended up bringing our after our entrée. Of course we were already full for supper time. The cocktails we got were great, we shared caesar salad and tacos and some other dishes which were spot on and great to share together. Our server was amazing, as always. We both also ordered the surf and turf special that was great. The lobster tail had the shell removed and was atop a very tender filet with spaghetti squash bed…. Awesome! Our server was Eden. She was on point with everything. I asked that the wine please be delivered right before our entree which she did perfectly.
