Best Romantic Restaurants in San Juan Capistrano

Very enjoyable dinner. The chicken picatta and the Tavern combo were delicious. Nice ambiance - perhaps a tad too dark though as we all had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu.

Bloom is a wonderful addition to a beautiful dining experience in SJC! The impeccable service, food & menu options have made this a perfect dining experience for us! Saturday nite we enjoyed the seafood ceviche -amazing flavors & abundant serving..and short ribs- tender & flavorful, as we share a smaller fare. (We are light eaters) This has become “our” place for special occasions!

I loved everything about the winery but the music was sometimes too loud to the point where I could not hear the rest of my party at times.

The food is sophisticated and delicious with flavours blending Mediterranean influences with fresh local ingredients. We had a relative visiting from east coast who has celiac disease. He rarely eats out but if he does he uses an app that rates restaurants nearby that are celiac safe. Rosewood Social showed up on his app so we took him there. Most of the menu is gluten free which was great. He asked the waiter about the food prep and the waiter had the chef come out to talk to him. The chef reassured him that his meal would be prepared separately so there’s no cross contamination. The food was excellent and he even ordered another entree! My husband and I will be going back this restaurant. So good!
