- DDavidNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went with the omakase option, and it was outstanding. All the food was delicious and you could see and taste the care and expertise. Our server was amazing. Able to answer all our questions and provide color with stories about the dishes and the restaurant. All set to the backdrop of New OrleansMore infoNobu - Caesars New OrleansPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Central Business District•4.6
- OTOpenTable DinerIowa •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoCouvant is an excellent restaurant. Service and food were top notch. The duck egg rolls are a must try appetizer and they have the best fries I’ve ever tasted. Asked the waiter and fries were cooked in duck fat so good. Definitely check this place outMore infoCouvantPrice: Expensive• French• Central Business District•4.4
- SSabrinaMississippi •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe (7 of us) ate at Luke on Christmas Day. We were seated near the door which wasn’t ideal but wasn’t bad. The streetcar periodically going by made the noise level high because of our proximity to the door. The service was excellent in spite of it being a holiday and the restaurant being packed. The menu had nice variety. The two best items we had were the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Matzo Ball Soup. The worst thing we had was the Hanger Steak. It was ordered “medium” and came out bleeding. It was also rubbery. We returned it and that person ordered something else. They were completely okay with this and removed it from the bill. The Trout Almandine was good with the fish being extremely fresh. We recommend Luke and will return.More infoLukePrice: Moderate• French• Central Business District•4.6
- JJeffryVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •77 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt is not often that I rate a venue five-star, but this one deserves it. It was our first visit and not our last. Even the valet was personable and with complementary parking what was there not to like. Their attention to detail was never more evident as we watched our server at another table polishing the flatware. We had ordered the aged prime rib and it was the best prime rib we had ever tasted. (Yes, medium rare!). It was accompanied by little au jus candle fed cups that kept the jus warm. (How's that for detail?) The onion rings were crispy (a bit salty but fine.) and delicious. We did suggest other vegetable choice besides the menu listed broccoli and brussel sprouts, such as a carrot or green bean dish. Had they been on the menu we would have ordered. Finally, though we are not big dessert eaters (it was Xmas eve, give us a break!) we ordered the lemon merangue pie and it only enhanced our great rating of this place. BTW, we made our vegetable suggestions to management and it was greeted with interest. Next time we'll try the steak!More infoBon Ton Prime RibPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Central Business District•4.7
