Best Romantic Restaurants in Paddington

Professional service from start to finish. A glass of Prosecco was a welcome start to the fixed price meal. Carefully prepared dishes were focussed and precise. The veloute was creamy, the pork belly was succulent but not fatty, the venison was tender and pink. Four (different) puddings were idiosyncratic and delicious. The wine list is comprehensive and an Australian Chardonnay was ripe, fruity and good value. Coffee came with petit fours.

Food was lovely I would have ate more but I was by myself at the counter which was lovely made feel very welcome ! Would recommend to anyone as there is a good selection .

It was our wedding anniversary. We booked in advance which you must as it do gets very busy. We were in the Paddington area an hour before our 8.45 booking so we told them as we passed and they did call us as soon as a table was free. Which was a nice gesture from them. Then we were also given a glass of bubbly each and we felt very special. One of the other guests also bought us a drink as he’d noticed the fuss and it was just wonderful. We were very well taken care of by 2 people in particular. Alfredo and Fabrizio were brilliant, attentive and so friendly. The food was also spectacular and all our dishes were amazing. What a fantastic surprise this restaurant was! We went for my birthday with a large group of friends. All with different tastes and ideas on food! We were welcomed so warmly and taken into an inviting rooms Where the tables were set nicely. The choice of drinks was good and as for the menu....... fantastic! Who knew how long it would take for 14 people,e to decide on what to eat?! Delicious food, attention to detail, explanations, piping hot, tasty, different....... what more can I say! Fab! I was also presented with a magnificent birthday cake and singing! Thank you all very, very much for a wonderful birthday evening!

We had the most delicious and enjoyable afternoon tea at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on 14th December. Despite being very early for our appointment we were accommodated in another part of the hotel which was just perfect. The service was outstanding and the smallest detail and request attended to swiftly and perfectly. The creations of the pastry chef were quite amazing and delicious. Great artistry. My party of husband, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and myself had the most wonderful experience. Thank you.
