Welcome to Roberts Scratch Kitchen. We are a fine dining continental cuisine BYOB scratch kitchen restaurant located in Totowa New Jersey. Serving lunch and dinner with daily specials, offering a full Gluten Free Menu. Our modern spacious dining room is finely detailed, cozy, and relaxing, with a trendy classy feel.At RSK our food is made from scratch. We do not use any ready-made prepared foods. Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. Some must try’s are the giant meatball, house made pastas, steak au poivre or our delicious day boat scallops!!     My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Sapori. Our waitress, Mario, gave us a wonderful experience. He was professional and helpful. He welcomed us with a beautiful smile and warm countenance. He checked on us regularly, we appreciate his service. For our Entree my husband and I had the Lamb Chops and ravioli. They were nice and tender, juicy and flavorful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will certainly dine here again.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse food options and the reasonable prices. However, I was disappointed with the second-floor dining room. It was extremely cold, almost like an unventilated attic. I would definitely return if they could accommodate me on the first floor. 5-Stars if you’re not dining on the second floor when it’s below 40 degrees outside.

    We've been looking to go here for a long time and finally chose Valentine's Day. The food was excellent. Service was top notch. The staff were perfect with every aspect of our dining experience. The calamari was delicious along with all the other things we ordered. Can't wait to go back!

    My cocktail was $18 but very delicious! We did the Lunch pre-fix menu, which was totally worth it! The appetizers were AMAZING!!! The food portions were great, we needed to take our lunch and dessert home. My chicken was a little on the drier side, but the flavor was on point! Would definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends! They are starting brunch service on February 22nd. Our waiter was attentive, but a soft talker.
