TAKOI, originally KATOI, began as a food truck in 2014, evolved into an Ann Arbor pop-up, and landed as a proper restaurant at 2520 Michigan Avenue in March of 2016. First time experiencing Sexy Steak and I have to admit, it was everything that I heard. Haley was our server and she had great attentiveness, conversation and social awareness!!! My husband absolutely LOVED his Steak and preparing my salad FRESH in front of me was a game changer… we will be back!!

I love coming here - one of our favorite places in the city for the spectacular views, inside and outside. Drinks are good, I had a glass of wine this time. The food was good but not great. The sausage and pear flatbread was quite dry, as was the carrot cake. The lamb meatballs were very good. Service was great!
