- DDanielleVIPCincinnati / Dayton •27 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoThe food was hot, flavorful and definitely worth the price. The arribiata and the sausage carbonara were great. We'd order them again. The pour for the gin and tonic was very much appreciated. The Italian margarita wasn't great because some ingredient, I suspect the limoncello, had too much of a bite which took away from the overall flavor. I drank it because I don't like wasting money but I definitely wouldn't order it again. On the whole, it was a great experience. My favorite part was hearing the chef call out the orders to the kitchen staff. It was reminiscent of watching Gordon Ramsay on Hell's Kitchen. I thought it was cool, truthfully. When I return, I hope to be seated close to the kitchen again. Thank you, Brio.More infoBrio Italian Grille - Beaver Creek - The GreenPrice: Moderate• Italian• Beavercreek•4.3
