From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly complements the delectable dishes on offer. The service is impeccable, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The menu is a celebration of Lowcountry cuisine, featuring fresh seafood, hearty comfort food, and classic Southern sides. I was particularly impressed with the bone-in pork chop, which was cooked to perfection and paired flawlessly with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The collard greens were an absolute revelation, showcasing the true essence of Southern cooking with their rich flavor and tender texture. If you're a fan of authentic Lowcountry cuisine, Hank's is an absolute must-visit. It's a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality, taste, and service that they've chosen to expand to Columbus, Ohio. We're incredibly fortunate to have such a remarkable dining experience right here in our own backyard.More infoHank's Low Country Seafood & Raw BarPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Columbus•4.6
- DDerekColumbus •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic experience. We celebrated my dad’s birthday and were seated at one of their best table locations. Matthew, our server, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and fun. He brought out each steak cut and made some perfect recommendations. Off we didn’t like something, he fixed it immediately. We felt like we were his only responsibility. Wagyu was on point as were the elk, lamb and seafood. We arrived after dark so the restaurant didn’t even look open, which I actually liked! The set up of the restaurant was intimate, cozy and elevated. We arrived early and were able to have a seat in the little waiting area (two chairs and a small couch). We were greeted by Jeff who was able to set us up with drinks while we waited. We opted to do the Omakase experience under the bar seating with Head Chef Yudi and his team. There are only six seats at the bar, so make sure to make a reservation if you’d like the omakase experience (interact with chef + watch him prepare the meals + learn more about the food on an item by item basis). Highly recommend. My husband did a sake pairing for each “tour”. They call each course a tour! My husband is not a sake fan but he really enjoyed their selections. The food was incredible! There wasn’t one thing we didn’t love! The first tour of ceviche style salad and the matcha crème brûlée were my favorites! So many of the sushi selections were melt in your mouth, buttery soft! We highly recommend this experience, but just note, I’d say it is for more experienced diners (but don’t let that scare you away!) and expect to pay a decent amount and tip appropriately since they are all hands on deck to take care of you. The price was worth the experience for us! So happy we have a concept like this here.More infoHARU OmakasePrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Polaris•5

The house-made gluten free focaccia was so delicious. I’m celiac and the server was so clear and helpful to ensure I had a safe meal but never lacked in taste. Such a treat!More infoFlour Modern Pasta BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Polaris•4.5
- HHannahOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024Thoughtful menu, excellent ingredients, and beautiful plated. After Leah explained the dishes we couldn’t help but order the chefs tasting menu and every dish was perfection. Great wine selection too and our waitress Leah even knew fun details of the winery and winemaker. The passion for food and craft is evident in every detail. Will be bragging about this meal and returning soon! One of the best picks in Columbus and a must if you appreciate Italian cuisine.More infoPelino’s PastaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Columbus•4.7
