We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews.     Returning from about a month ago this time ravens weekend. It was six of us. We ordered an array of appetizers and all were delicious, the squash blossoms are a have to. The bread and oil were another great complement to dinner. We ordered the veal chop, lasagna, pappardelli, vodka sauce, filet. Everything was very good. We got the donut, tiramisu, lemon tiramisu, cannoli, coffees. A great ending to a good meal.

    Anniversary dinner - we wanted a rather quiet time so selected an early time in late afternoon. Since we had not been before and the restaurant group has a great reputation, we decided to order the chef's choice sampler. Wow what fun. Food was great (we are Sushi lovers) and the pace was perfect. The wait staffers were all superb and our primary walked us through all the selections as we went. She was very knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table so that the timing of each selections was just perfect. We plan on returning soon!

    Dinner was absolutely delicious!! The arugula salad just gets better and better. I tried the short-rib agnolotti for the first time and every bite was spectacular!! Only complaint- a few more of those bites would have felt more satisfying, it didn’t feel like quite enough. Please add just a bit more to the plate next time, and the Panna Cotta was to die for!!

    Food is very good, we love the hummus and pita! Very nice waiter, only down side to service is that 2 of us got our meals and it was 10 more minutes before the 3rd person got hers (not the waiters fault). Other than that the service was very good.
