Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Puerto Vallarta

It was the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon and the one year wedding anniversary of some dear friends

We brought our own wines here with our friends but the food was outstanding. In the last 3 weeks we have been eating weekly at Trio and it has become our favorite place in town for the total package. You come back because you want to try other dishes.

A great restaurant, staff, service, and view. Can get a bit pricey with alcohol and multiple tapas dishes but definitely worth the experience.

The tasting menu is absolutely devine. We dined with Tintoque when they were in the Marina. The new location is suburb and elegant! The tasting menu has been elevated so much! We absolutely will be making Tintoque a regular stop for us moving forward!!

We had a group of 8 adults and 4 college age students. The food was excellent. Most of us did the tasting menu which included a mahi course that was amazing. Some ordered the Birria tacos and thought they were wonderful. The reason we did not score it all 5s was that some of our people ordered ala Carte, there was one item not available and they did not inform us at the time of ordering. In addition, there was confusion on a dessert and an alternate was substituted without discussing it. Overall great food, it is an experience, so don’t expect a fast meal.
