- EErwinVIPNew York City •4 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoRestaurant is nice. Pork chop was think and precut, not much flavor. Sauce had little flavor. Mushrooms and risotto were very good. Shrimp appetizer delicious. Offered a taste of a bourbon sold there, too much of an alcohol bite at the end, not my taste. Old Fashioned was good. Just cocktails, no beer or wine, I prefer the latter with a meal.More infoThe Restaurant at Great Jones Distilling CoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• NoHo•4.8
- MMarcia K.VIPNew York City •106 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were warmly welcomed, enjoyed aperitifs at the bar, and then went upstairs for our Pasta Tasting menu with wine pairings. It was heavenly from beginning to end! Kudos to our attentive and friendly staff, who described each course in detail, as well as describing each wine pairing. Special thanks to Henry, our primary server, who made each course extra special and described each wine pairing. The wait staff was professional. welcoming, and added extra charm to the evening. For me, it was the kick-off to my birthday season, full of delight and delectable food and wine. Babbo deserves every accolade in the book, except for too-dim lighting. Can't wait to return! - EErikVIPWest Palm Beach •18 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe felt instantly transported by the whimsical pawn shop storefront that conceals the exquisite restaurant hidden behind a door at the back. The eclectic items in the shop are all for sale, adding a playful and unique element to the dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, we were welcomed by vaulted ceilings, brass accents, and a moody, stylish bar that set the tone for the space. We were seated near the front and warmly greeted by an attentive waiter. For brunch, our party ordered a variety of dishes: my son enjoyed the decadent velvet waffles, my mother-in-law savored the Shakshuka eggs, my wife relished the ribs, and I indulged in the skirt steak and eggs. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and eagerly devoured. The ambiance added to the experience—a lively yet relaxed Sunday crowd created a pleasant hum of conversation that filled the spacious room without being overpowering. We had no trouble hearing one another and appreciated the balance of energy and comfort. Overall, the experience was delightful from start to finish, and we left already planning our next visit to this hidden gem.More infoBeauty & Essex- New YorkPrice: Expensive• Unspecified• Lower East Side•4.6
- NNovaNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Last-minute Reservations after seeing my goddaughter‘s play, not far away in cobble Hill red Hook area and we want comfort food. We had the truffle Burrata and the calamari and the meatball and the pistachio salad and the eggplant Parmesan all really good as appetizers and then I had the Bolognese, which was really good and yeah, my friends had other things. One had the ravioli. it looked great. I didn’t taste it, but presentation was good and you just had a great ambience. I would recommend 10 out of 10.More infoMama Capri - BrooklynPrice: Expensive• Italian• Carroll Gardens•4.4
