Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Sorrento Valley

Overall, we had a fantastic experience in our group of 6 a nd would recommend a visit. Everything was delicious that our group tried. Among the favorites were the bahn mi meatballs (though small and few), eggplant bulgogi, lobster croquettes, veal chop, bucatini, potato puree, Brussels sprouts, broccolini. Our server and entire staff were great, friendly, and attentive. Choosing your own steak knife seemed a little pretentious. The room noise level did get a little loud, so it became difficult to hear across a large table despite being in a back corner.

We found this place searching Yelp and loved the Tapas concept. Once we arrived, I noticed Prime Rib was on the menu, one of my favs! So we ordered the Artichoke Btms, Shrimp Ceviche, and the Prime Rib. Everything was a wow / with this being one of the best Prime Rib’s I’ve tasted. The service was great and the prices reasonable. Highly recommended!

The food and ambiance are very strong. No pretense, but solid food. The service is top notch, especially from Willow, who was kind and excellent and thoughtful.

Great place to watch sports for sure. Cocktails and beer selection is fantastic! We had crab cakes for an appetizer, outstanding. The shrimp and grits is very authentic New Orleans style. Great burger too. We are adding this to our rotation.
