Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in River North (Denver)

We had a wonderful time our server was excellent and the food was amazing.

Gorgeous industrial design and ambience. Every course was delicious. Wood-fired oysters, wood-fired carrots, homemade pasta, porchetta…Delicious!

This is such a unique spot on Tennyson Street in Denver. It's on the 3rd floor and the vibe is sparce, but nice. The food is, of course, the main event. We had the Pre-Fixe and it was delightful, the staff was friendly and approachable, and the food was as fusion as you can get - which is lovely. from Wagyu beef to shaken chef rice which is lit. shaken table-side made the meal enjoyable. This was out of my typical comfort zone for food -- but the preparation was so good, and the tastes were lovely. I'll def. be back!

We love The Plimoth! This has become our go-to restaurant for celebrations and date nights in the last few years. The menu is always updated and seasonal with a few reliable standbys. The beverage program is also excellent, with inventive cocktails and mocktails as well as an impressive beer and wine list. We love celebrating milestones big and small here, where we can have a fine dining experience in a friendly, laidback atmosphere. The service is top-notch. We will certainly continue to lean on the Plimoth as a favorite place to celebrate and enjoy a great meal.

Everyone we interacted with, host, bartender, and servers were amazing. As was the food. We were celebrating my oldest son’s 21st birthday and you made it very special for him. Joking about his temporary license, complimentary champagne and Tiramisu, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. We will be back soon.
