When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. So whether you are looking for a memorable night out or a glass of wine with friends, I am glad that you have chosen Sapore.     This turned out to be the perfect choice for spending the holiday. It was our first visit. We arrived as it opened and were seated right away. Chose the blueberry sage gin cocktail at the recommendation of our server and it was delicious. Our meal began with fried cauliflower, then onto to share the burger, sardines in a tin, and the salad and every item was full of flavor did not disappoint. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and had great food recommendations. After our meal we walked around the art gallery on the second floor. Overall, great experience. Can't wait to come back.

    The food was delicious and the service great!! There was apparently a mix up with our reservation and the staff very quickly made arrangements to get us seated. We were given a small private room with a fireplace scene on the TV for ambiance! Servers were knowledgeable and efficient. We have already recommended the restaurant to friends!

    We had Fox tickets and were concerned with timing. Our waiter was extra attentive and made sure we were on time. The food was delicious and the restaurant beautiful!
