Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Plateau Mont-Royal

It was our first time dining there, but I told the lady looking after us that it wouldn’t be the last. Really good food and a great experience!!!

Fabulous experience - patient tempo, inventive dishes, charming service, fabulous wine selection (that Arbois was out of this world)

The dinner we had at Mama C's was simply excellent - all five of us were delighted with every course we had from the restaurant's extensive menu. Our waiter, Kim, was our "guide" making suggestions (but only suggestions) as to what might be plates that we all could share - and how they would "fit" together. A couple of us had food issues, but those were adapted to, and we got plates that were all wonderful to share. We also had a main course of sea bass - whole fish, grilled and then filleted at the table - delicious. The only course we didn't have was dessert - everyone was too full! Service was personable, timely and excellent. Kim and her assistants were attentive and polite - I might say "classy." Restaurant atmosphere is warm and most attractive. Noise level quite moderate, lighting just right. We all look forward to a return to this superb restaurant soon!

Simple menu with delicious food and great drinks. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and the place has a nice vibe. I recommend you try it! The tacos are worth it! And the decor is great too. Go! Run!!
