Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Northwest Philly

It was a nice atmosphere. The shareables and main meals were delicious . The service was great. I can’t wait to return.

Outstanding service from the moment I entered the restaurant. Excellent menu with numerous options and specials available. The steak I selected was prepared perfectly and was the best tasting steak I ever had. I added the triple layer key lime pie for dessert. It was a large portion, I could only eat half. Looking forward to having rest later today.

We had 4 starters: soup( very silky with subtle flavors), roasted cabbage with incredibly flavorful horseradish cream sauces, mushroom and ramp toast -amazing and outstanding squash sliced very finely with delicious slightly sweet sauce. The pawpaw pistachio and Concord grape desert was so delicious!

Fabulous meal, with choices of food and wine meticulously explained. This dinner was immediately added to our top ten list of global dining experiences which include numerous Michelin starred restaurants. We highly recommend opting for the wine pairings with each dish, which not only delivered classic selections but also introduced us to wines we will seek out for our own cellar.

Christmas Eve Seven Fishes dinner was truly spectacular! The newly remodeled restaurant is beautiful, and the ambience was warm and buzzing. Can’t forget the food — which was wonderful. Owner Ellen Yin was there circulating and helping out the staff, which really made the whole night special. Thank you Fork for helping make this year’s Christmas festivities memorable!
