We had a most enjoyable time. It was the 1st time there for my visiting Girlfriend. She was taken back by the quaintness of the venue, and pleasantly surprised that Edmonton has developed so much, since she left her in her early 20’s. The staff were very patient and helpful when selecting the right wine and menu items. The table next to us were enjoying the Pairing Option they offer. That’s what we’re going to partake in on our next visit to Tzin. One other suggestion - as we did - make a reservation. We saw some peeps turned away, thinking they were going into a ihop….

Must say we started off on the wrong foot as we were seated 1/2 hour after our reservation time. We understand the staff can not always control this as patrons can sometimes overstay their welcome. The staff was wonderful, apologetic for the delay, keeping us informed about the progress and seated us as soon as possible. Then the enjoyment began. The staff continues to be attentive and informative. The food was amazing, and "The Grinch" a novel Christmas cocktail complemented the evenings fare The team won us over. We have been to Darling numerous times for brunch and absolutely loved it so I suggested to my friends that we try it for dinner. It did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were also yummy. We will be back!
