There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients.     A Must-Visit in Vancouver for Exceptional Vegan Dining! We had the most incredible experience at Acorn Restaurant in Vancouver! We came in for brunch and were absolutely blown away by every dish we tried—each one was even better than the last. The creativity and flavors in their plant-based menu are unmatched, and you can really taste the quality of their locally sourced ingredients. Beyond the food, the ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through the menu and share insights about their sustainable, zero-waste philosophy.     We loved the ambience and finding a restaurant that was calm and easy to have conversation. That food was fantastic and loved the creative expression of the chefs. Wonderful flavour and presentation. It was also so cool that chef or sous chef came a brought a dish. The server was lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!
