Best Live Music Restaurants in West Caldwell

The Highlawn is a lovely restaurant with beautiful views and excellent service. We celebrated my Mother's 85th birthday. The sparkler candle that came with her desert was impressive and well received. Unfortunately, the branzino came in a foil packet on a plate and wasn't fully cooked. One of the staff used scissors to cut open the packet. I would have preferred that the fish dish be presented on a plate instead of in foil at this high-end restaurant. I would like to see some plant based dishes. I had a side of roasted mushroom and sauteed spinach for my meal.

Absolutely a fabulous place!! We dined here to celebrate our Anniversary on 2/20, and so glad we did!! Everything was perfection. From ambiance, appetizers, entrees, dessert, and drinks…all amazing! Our server Jack was top notch. He was so welcoming, informing, friendly, and so attentive. He made our evening so superb. This establishment is absolutely gorgeous. Decorated so clean, classy, and beautiful. Colors are so inviting. Great menu, and prices are on point, and fair for an upscale restaurant. We loved every minute of our evening. Cannot wait to try the Brunch too. Definitely one of our new favorite places. Get there. You will not be disappointed!!!

We've been here a few times before and its always good This time we came with two other couples that had never been, and they loved it Service is attentive, but not intrusive Food is very good and the portions are good size I had the lamb chops and they were cooked to perfection My friend is a short ribs snob (his words) and he loved the short rib pasta We will be back!

Ambiance is beautiful. All of the servers and staff were extremely attentive. The food and cocktails were great! Only thing i wish was that the meat came to the tables a little more frequently. We waited a while for certain meats. But the meat itself was seasoned very well & delicious. The Tres Leche cake for dessert was AMAZING! Will definitely be coming back.

Best service in New Jersey! These guys have the right attitude. Ambience simple but elegant. Location perfect. Drinks were not skimpy.
