Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Langley

Our server Jorge (pronounced Horhay) was outstanding!!! Personable, professional and so efficient the entire time! The food was outstanding! Although it was incredibly busy on Christmas Day evening, the staff was amazing from the hostess to our server!!! The Boathouse in White Rock is somewhere that we would be happy to visit again and again!!! May start a new family tradition of dining out on Christmas Day as it was such an enjoyable experience!

I was surprised at despite how packed it was it wasn’t too loud. Must have good acoustics as so many restaurants are ultra noisy but it wasn’t. Server was super friendly, helpful and food was great. Good laid back environment and good prices. Haven’t been in many years and I actually will make it a regular restaurant to take out 6 and 9yr old boys too.

We had dinner for 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Both adults ordered the Caymus menu and it was fantastic. I highly recommend the scallops in particular but all the food and wine pairings were fabulous. My child ordered little Italy off the kids menu and really enjoyed their gummy bear mocktails. Overall it was a fantastic evening!

We had a nice experience, samples new menu items and our regular server as well as a new team member who was excellent. The restaurant was fun and pleasant and great value, hope to return soon.
