Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Englewood

This was our last meal in the city before heading back to DC. We had the fixed price lunch menu. The octopus and calamari appetizers and the squid ink spaghetti with lobster as the entree were all delicious. We also ordered the lobster Mac & cheese, which we highly recommend. We had to take our dessert to go though!

Great place for a romantic dinner. All the staff were friendly and the food was very tasteful reminding us of Spain. The price was average and would return in the future.

Found this place on TikTok. Went for Valentine’s Day. Made reservations in December. Place was charming, lively and made to feel very, very elegant. We had a great time smoking our cigars and listening to the live music. 10/10 Experience, will be back again!

For Valentine’s Day, they called a week in advance to confirm the reservation and to notify me of the prix fixe menu only. We were a half hour late but they still honored our reservation, so huge thank you for that! The prix fixe menu has so many good choices it was tough to choose. It included a glass of champagne in the price. We got the lobster bisque (must have), crab cake, filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, chocolate mousse cake, and tiramisu. We couldn’t finish it all in one sitting but wish we could. Service was excellent; they were very frequently checking in with all tables. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Our favourite restaurant whenever we are in NY. Impeccable food, service and ambience. Refined rather than brash like so many other restaurants in NY. A total treat.
