Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Burlingame

Our favorite restaurant on the coast! Always wonderful!

This restaurant never disappoints! Food outstanding! Service always good. Love this place for special occasions and for just everyday dining.

We had a great time celebrating Valentine's Day at Mistral - we hadn't been in years and just live down the street. The prix fixe menu was lovely, and there was plenty of choice for us. Food was all well-prepared - I especially enjoyed my lobster risotto, and my husband especially enjoyed his poached pear salad. The service was lovely, too, and we really loved sitting out on the patio by the fireplace and under the heat lamps. Our only comment is that we still find the price to be a bit high. But we still enjoyed ourselves!

We've been many times, mostly in spurts. Food is always good; some interesting some standard Italian choices. Two of us had the very good pappardelle with braised short ribs and truffle oil. Portions were generous and not obscene. Service is attentive even when busy and never intrusive.
