Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Bayport

Excellent Food Brian our server was excellent. He selected the best meals for us. All was delicious 😋. Also the Chardonnay was delicious 😋 Love 💕 the experience We will definitely be back when we return to Long Island. We live in Florida Thanks again for a wonderful 70th Birthday 🎂 celebration. Dinner was delicious and our server was excellent! The room was a bit noisy but we were seated as requested away from the bar so overall I would say it was an exceptional dinner!

We have been to Painters many times and will continue to come back. The staff are always genuinely nice and, in our experience, very hard working (today our server was Amanda). We appreciate the wide variety of food options and we always enjoy our meal (today was the Mediterranean omelette). A friend who we treated to lunch thought her hamburger was the best she ever had; my personal favorite is the Orange Pecan French Toast. It is perfect for any occasion and it is not unusual for someone to be celebrating a baby shower or birthday in the back area. The atmosphere is always comfortable and casual, and the large parking lot is a nice bonus.

The menu has lots of choices and the wine list is small but has a good selection of reasonably priced wines. The chef is amazing. Willing to do things not on the menu, I asked for calamari with arrabiata sauce and he killed it! So good that I asked him to make one of his dishes with that sauce instead of a garlic broth!! And he did that TOO!! Not usual for a chef to change things up on a weekend night. My wife’s chicken francese was superb! There deserts are not homemade, but the tiramisu was delicious. All the dishes were presented very nicely. DEFINITELY worth returning!!
