Dining Experience: I visited Lawry's The Prime Rib with my parents on the evening of the 28th at 4 PM. This review reflects my personal impressions of the meal and service. Reservation Deposit ($25 per person): A $25 deposit per person is required when making a reservation, but it’s applied directly to the final bill, which feels fair and ensures a secure booking. Salad Service ($0): The salad service was complimentary, but it came with a unique presentation, much like a small performance. It reminded me of the noodle-pulling show at Hai Di Lao, adding a touch of fun to the meal. Lobster Bisque ($15): The lobster bisque was elegantly presented. The soup was poured from a small pot into a bowl that already held fresh lobster meat. The flavor was rich, and dipping the pre-dinner bread into it was a delightful touch. Lawry Cut Classic Medium-Rare ($66): The 10-ounce classic Lawry cut steak, cooked medium-rare, was incredibly tender and juicy. The portion size was generous, making it perfect for sharing among three people. The mashed potatoes served on the side had a traditional and comforting taste. Lobster Trio ($65): The three lobster tails were exceptionally fresh, with tender and firm meat. A squeeze of lemon enhanced the flavor beautifully. The server highly recommended pairing it with melted butter, and it truly elevated the dish. Creamed Spinach ($9): The creamed spinach was average in taste. It’s worth trying, but it didn’t stand out. Creamed Corn ($9): This dish was sweet, flavorful, and satisfying. Every bite was rich and indulgent—definitely a must-try! English Trifle ($12): The English trifle left a strong first impression with its vibrant flavors, though it leaned on the sweeter side, which might be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer less sugary desserts. Absolutely delicious food and the service was beyond what I expected for a Christmas dinner. The staff working on Christmas Day were extremely pleasant and hard working to ensure all the tables were taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious. The New York steak was beyond delicious and all our drinks were also perfection. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and a place we could sit and talk comfortably.

My third time there, the service is always good but tonight our waiter appeared like magic whenever we needed something and the food was super good as always. 

Being in from Boston for a quick holiday trip, we were pleased this place was open on a Monday for lunch. Valet parking, quick & polite for under $10. Hostess quickly seated our party of 3 in a covered, sunken garden terrace type dining room . Comfy seating but the youngish crowd was pretty noisy. We are older but I didn’t feel over dressed in my black blazer. The room and the attractive crowd would have been a good setting for a Jeff Lewis or Housewives episode. I got an Amalfi Blue ($16) good, tasting, fizzy lunch cocktail that didn’t leave me pulverized. Casa Lena Burger($18) was delicious. My wife got the Ahi Tuna Sandwich ($24) Looked like big portions, and our guest had the Steak sandwich, also big & she brought half home in the restaurant’s distinctive take out bag. Panettone (it’s Christmas time) and Passion fruit sorbet. Perfectly prepared . The attentive service people were professional and striking looking.

Delilah’s was an absolute delight. Great ambiance, impeccable service, and great food.
