My experience at Providence was truly exceptional. What I value most in fine dining is outstanding service, and Providence exceeded all expectations. We had had the pleasure of being served by Alex, who truly elevated our entire experience from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, Alex immediately made us feel both welcome and well-cared-for. He was attentive without hovering, ensuring our glasses never went empty and that each course arrived at just the right time. His deep knowledge of the menu—particularly the newer items—and his thoughtful recommendations spoke to both his expertise and genuine enthusiasm for Uchi. What truly set Alex apart was his warm, personable approach. He takes the time to learn our preferences, patiently answered our questions, and effortlessly guided us toward dishes we absolutely loved. His suggestions were spot-on every time. We left Uchi feeling not only satisfied by the superb food but also immensely grateful for Alex’s impeccable service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and we can’t wait to visit again and sit in his section.

Chef Kursten stepped away from his busy kitchen to come greet our table, which was a nice touch. Carson our waiter was super funny and engaging in our conversation. Can’t wait to come back.

The brunch deal and strawberry mimosas were an amazing deal! Gertran was an amazing server and bar tender. We wish the DJ stayed longer and can’t wait til the sun is out, the decor is perfect for spring/summer
