Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Ocean Beach

Wonderful experience. Food was delicious and I. Good proportions. I would recommend the Calamari. The NY Strip (non aged) was cooked to perfection and so tender. I was there with a business colleague. We sat outside and did have one homeless man come up to our table asking for for food. Just be aware.

I had lunch/brunch there, and the view of the beach was incredible. I haven't been to the PB area in 20 years. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar and the rest of the areas were clean.

I took a couple of 11 year olds in for happy hour to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect experience! The girls got some mocktails and had the burger and fries. The fries are as good as they get, and the dipping sauces were heavenly. I ordered fries for myself at happy hour and then at 5:00 when the full menu was available, I ordered a salad. The staff there was super friendly and very sweet to the girls. They brought out some beignets with a sparkler in them for the birthday girl as well. I mentioned in my online reservation where we would ideally like to sit, and they accommodated us exactly how I asked. I’m so glad we chose Wilma’s for the birthday dinner - I think it will be one the girls remember.

The staff and the GM are nothing short of amazing! True reflection of Sam, their leader. The food was fresh and tasty. All 6 of us loved what we ordered. Location on a Saturday…prime time people watching during the farmers market. Chefs kiss to Basta!! Thank you!!
