Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Bellerose

Having never dined at The George in Rockville Center, NY, I was completely delighted by the atmosphere, the menu (too many yummies to choose from), and the service! A perfect place to celebrate a marriage and a birthday!

Second time and well worth it :) the chef remembered my mom’s preferences for the wasabi and rice from last time! Love eating here and the holiday special is just the right amount of food for a solid dinner.

Incredible experience. Truly never short of a fun and delicious event. The chefs and sake boy really know how to engage with the crowd, provide excellent service, and deliver and unforgettable night. You leave so full and so happy that the hour just flies by. Already the 2nd time my friends and I have dined here because we couldn’t stop talking about the first time. I recommend it to everyone!!

Dagim is a restaurant we hadn't tried yet and we saw that the reviews were overwhelmingly excellent. A quick scan of their menu suggested many good options for dinner so we made our reservations. When we walked in at 7:15 on a Saturday night there were only a few people dining (and the space is quite large). We wondered why it was so dead. We looked over the menu and ordered some drinks, an app and the main course. One person had the Mykonos Branzino, which was phenomenal. Another had the Dover Sole which was also stellar. I had the blackened salmon which ranks among the best pieces of salmon I have ever had. A large filet that the moist and seasoned perfectly. We definitely will be back and would recommend. Oh, and by the time we left, the place was absolutely packed with people. Guess we were just a bit early. Excellent meal!!
