Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Caterham

Love the place, and it’s only our 2nd visit! Staff are super friendly and the food has been fabulous on both occasions. The menu is quite small - but that just means they do everything perfectly and you don’t have to wait and age for it! Definitely will be back soon (probably for their Amazing Sunday Lunch)

The service was so friendly and attentive. It was quiet so a fantastic place to have a catch up with a friend over sandwiches and cake.

I went for lunch with a friend. The menu was varied and innovative. There were classic dishes and interesting variations such as Halloumi curry, which had wonderful flavours that popped in ones mouth. As a starter I had a very interesting anchovy dish which was a true delight of smoky and sea, reminiscent of holidays in Portugal. For dessert I went old school and enjoyed a treacle tart..mmm. We shall certainly return 🥰

The staff were outstanding and went over and above during the meal. The food was great and being able to have a vegan desert was an added bonus.

A beautiful place to dine. They were kind, patient and accommodating. The service was wonderful and the food divine. We had Afternoon Tea and they supplied a box to take home as we could not finish it all. The Christmas decorations are elegant, the fire was lit and made it feel cosy. We are definitely going back.
