Our second time visiting and the service by Andrea was exceptional. We were made to feel valued and our requests were no bother at all. Other establishments could learn a thing or too by visiting here. Our food was delicious especially the cakes and we were very full! A must do experience when visiting York and for special occasions. We hope to visit again very soon!

Our first time in Bettys Harrogate and we were treated like royalty by the staff. Louis was our waiter and he was excellent. Food and drink was lovely and we’d certainly return!
