- DDeryckLincolnshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoNot being a fan of cream and cakes, I have always been a bit reluctant to do afternoon tea. However, having experienced this, because of a gift card from daughter, my opinion has changed. My wife enjoyed her standard tea of cream and jam scone with selection of cakes but I had the savoury option, all my favourite things, sausage roll, pork pie, cheese, scotch egg, haslet with pickle as well as the standard sandwiches. Superb. The ambience, service and overall experience were all excellent. I am converted to afternoon tea and will be doing it again.More infoDoddington Tea RoomPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Lincoln•4.5

- KKristyDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a lovely afternoon tea in the Cavendish restaurant. Paul was very warm and welcoming and also very attentive and was very knowledgeable on the menu and the tea to accompany it. The raspberry and blood orange possett was our favourite.More infoCavendish Restaurant at ChatsworthPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bakewell•4.7
- HHelenVIPManchester/Greater Manchester •117 reviews5.0Dined on Mar 2, 2025Really enjoyed my Sunday lunch - the staff are very friendly and helpful. Had the 3 course set Sunday lunch menu - this includes a glass of wine, but the staff are happy to substitute this for something else if you don't like wine. Had broccoli soup for starter, pork with trimmings and the passion fruit cheesecake with a side of ice cream, which was delicious. Will definitely come againMore infoThe River RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Manchester•4.3
