Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Primrose Hill/Chalk Farm

Excellent party of 5 all very happy with the food. Service also excellent.

From the moment we arrived we felt we had made a very good decision booking a table at Black lock’s. We were greeted very warmly at the door, it was very warm and cosy and the atmosphere felt good immediately. All the staff were great especially our waitress, Francesca. The food and all our drinks were excellent. My husband and I had the all in. Delicious! Our friends both had fillet steak cooked to perfection. We shared a bread and butter pudding and the cheesecake again both were superb. We can’t fault a thing we loved it and will definitely be going back next time we are in London. Cocktails were great too, the Midnight Bramble was so good. We would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. See you again soon.

One of the best meals my boyfriend and I have had in a long time! Went as we had received a voucher for our Christmas present but honestly I would go again paying full price. Our server Harry was lovely and answered all the questions we had about steak size and weight, and which sides best went with them. 10/10 experience!!!

Food was incredible, the tastes, textures, presentation... Just wow. Would highly recommend the Signature menu to anyone. Only point of feedback is that we had so many servers, our order was confused and a server came back to check, and delivered a question in a way that felt rather condescending. A small blip in a brilliant experience. Would return in a heartbeat

Very high quality food. We enjoyed the custard dessert the most but also the crab starter the mains such as the sea bass. Nice to have a reasonably priced bottle of house wine though the server didn’t give us what we ordered and we didn’t feel comfortable sending it back. Overall, a very nice meal and we appreciated it very much,
