Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Sunnyvale

NM Cafe is one of my favorite places to have lunch! Love the ambiance, the food is delicious and the service is just amazing. Today we had the privileged to be helped by Abdul, who did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of at all times.

Walking into the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile by the host. I had made a reservation with the open table app, and I’ve always had a fantastic experience when I’ve done so. To my surprise, the manager himself came to greet us for dinner. We didn’t realize he was the manager until after our meal. I’ve never been treated so kindly in a restaurant before. The manager offered to assist us if we had to wait more than a minute, but we didn’t need to worry because our server, Dara, was incredibly polite and attentive. Dara went over the entire menu with us, helping us make a great choice. The food was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fish and the different courses that accompanied the meal. It was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner. As a manager myself, I can attest to the exceptional service provided by Dara and the entire team. They truly made my night, and I want to express my gratitude to them. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. The food is always consistent which we really appreciate. The service was wonderful, which is so rare in these times. We appreciate this type of care and will always return!

Our group’s dining experience was great from beginning to end. Our server and his assistant were both exceptional, and we were easily allowed our preferred option of using multiple credit cards to pay our bill. Our group of four even stayed for three hours at our table without being pressured whatsoever to end our enjoyable gathering! Thank you Cafe Wisteria!

The food is good, the service is good. There was almost no one there for lunch. The prices seem very high which could explain the drop off of guests at lunch from days gone by.
