- SShannonVIPWashington, D.C. Area •49 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe free range brick chicken with a slightly tart but sweet lemon sauce was a great choice for a cold rainy day. Served with a side of mashed potatos and steamed brocoli, it definitely met the need for a comforting meal. My server, Olive, was very attentive, ensuring that I capped my experience with a hot tea.More infoCIRCA at Foggy BottomPrice: Moderate• American• Foggy Bottom•4.6
- CCraigGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoChef Geoff is always a great dining establishment when we are staying in DC at the Hilton Embassy Suites. The food is excellent, plentiful, and varied with several specials every day. The atmosphere is very laid back and you are always made to feel like a family member However the best is the great staff who go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect during you stay Amount the best of the best is Arturo who is probably the best server we have ever had any where we have ever dined out at, A great friendly hard working staff member who made our special night the best. Thanks for your all you do Arturo!More infoChef Geoff's West EndPrice: Moderate• American• West End•4.5

- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 4, 2025My goodness, the roux--it is perfect, making the gumbo the best I've had outside of NOLA and H-town in years. That alone made the meal. Also loved the hush puppies (who knew). For my main the pork tender was perfectly cooked and beautifully matched with mustard cream. My friend had the short rib, which I tried and loved. The only misfire was the strawberry shortcake, which was too sweet, breading too dense, and only one strawberry. My friend's bread pudding was superb. The service was excellent, water refilled consistently, food arrived at a nice pace. Kudos to Dauphine's, I'll be back with a cajun spring in my step. Thank you!More infoDauphine’sPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.6
