Arthurs Steakhouse started in 1948 by Arthurs Bates and his wife off of McKinney Avenue in the Dallas uptown District. It moved to the Gold Towers on Central Expressway and after decades, in 2001, it relocated to Addison where is thrives today. Now withstanding the test of over 70 years, Arthurs Steakhouse offers a grand setting with a Rat Pack Chic vibe and high style for guests to relax and enjoy fine dining with nightly entertainment. You are welcomed into the main dining room by the giant 600 lb Baccarat Crystal Chandelier that suspends over the main dining room. The main dining room is surrounded by 1200 gallons of fresh water aquariums with colorful fish to watch you dine.     I chose this restaurant on a whim while in the DFW area for a short trip. I was trying to pick a restaurant between the airport and my hotel and chose based on a couple of pictures of the food. When I got to the restaurant, looking at the menu I could tell I would be in for a treat- ingredients that aren’t easy to find (ex. Huitlacoche) and the drinks were excellent. I went with the pan-seared cobia and it was very tasty as was the Mexican Cioppino. My only regret was that I wasn’t hungrier so I could have tried a couple appetizers. The food was excellent, the ambiance was modern but not too loud. Would definitely recommend if you want Latin food with a modern twist.

    Met friends for lunch for our first visit here and we were all very happy with the food, atmosphere and service! We will definitely return! Didn't go up to the rooftop but I'm sure the view towards downtown would be good. Highly recommend!
