Best Restaurants for Groups in Oakland Park

Always a great meal at Sea Watch! It was Valentine’s weekend, so we knew they’d be busy. Everything was served with little delay. Three of us enjoyed the scallops while the fourth had the Seafood Mixed Grill. Nice wine list, too. Prices are fair, and we (almost) always have leftovers to take home!

Four of us went on a Saturday at 5 and sat in the corner of the dining room. Waitress was great and the food was very good. Room was filled when we left and the noise level had increased.

Our server was wonderful! He took great care of us. My only complaint is the noise from traffic. Not really your restaurant’s fault, but there were some very loud engines revving by that startled us and our young kids 🤪

We were seated quicking and had a reservation. Beautiful waterfront dining on the intercoastal waterway. Our server Ashley was excellent, friendly and very attentive. We were not rushed although the place filled up quickly. Ordered the sushi as an appy then went with their their fresh fish entrees. truely fresh and delicious. Portions were generous. For dessert we had the cheescake and the 5 layer chocolate cake. We were told all desserts were baked on premises by their pastry chef and it showed. The chocolate cake was HUGE for $ 14 no way to even attempt to finish it. If I had to pick on one item, not their fault, the sunset was blocked by a high building acroos the waterway.

We had sea bass which was delicious. Nice wine selection and excellent service made our night special.
